🩹 First Aid Leaflet Project: Health Helpers!

This project will help you use the vocabulary and grammar we've learned in Unit 2: Health and medicine to create a helpful first aid leaflet. You will be designing a guide that could help someone know what to do if a friend or family member gets sick or has a small accident.

📝 Project Goal

Design a clear, informative, and visually appealing tri-fold leaflet about basic first aid.

🛠️ What Your Leaflet Must Include

  • A Catchy Title: Something that grabs attention, like "Be a Health Hero!"

  • Six (6) Accidents/Illnesses: You need to choose and clearly name six different common ailments or accidents from our unit vocabulary.

llness/Accident : Backache, stomachache, rash, sprained ankle/wrist, a small cut, allergy at.., a wound...,  a burn, a cold.

  • Advice using Should and Shouldn't: For each of the six items, you must provide at least two pieces of advice using the modal verbs SHOULD, SHOULDN´T.

    • Example for "A Cut":

      • You should wash the cut with soap and water.

      • You shouldn't touch the cut with dirty hands.

  • One Picture/Illustration: Include one clear picture or drawing (either hand-drawn or printed) that relates to first aid or one of the illnesses.

  • Your Name/Class: Make sure to include your name and class.

  • Clear Language: Use the vocabulary from Unit 2 correctly!

EXAMPLE: 

llness/Accident   A Headache

Should (Advice/Action)   You should take a painkiller (like paracetamol).

Shouldn't (Avoid)    You shouldn't look at a bright screen
